I understand that it might feel daunting when you decide to take up a new practice, which is
why I have different kinds of meditation that I offer along with personalized sessions to cater
to you to meet your specific needs. 
 
Meditation helps us focus in the moment, without life's distractions. It helps us tap into our
subconscious minds, leaving us still and calm. Meditation helps rejuvenate you; it helps you
relieve any negativity that may be weighing on you. Additionally, It helps to reduce anxiety,
sleep better, improves your concentration, and increases self-awareness.

Breathwork Meditation

Breath awareness is a type of mindful meditation that encourages mindful breathing. I begin by helping you breathe slowly and deeply. The goal is to focus solely on the breath and to only witness the other thoughts that enter the mind. As a form of mindfulness meditation, breath awareness offers many of the same benefits as mindfulness. Those include reduced anxiety, improved concentration, and greater emotional flexibility.

Gratitude meditation is a type of meditation that focuses on expressing gratitude for the things in your life. Gratitude meditation works to ensure that you actively appreciate the things in your life. It helps you notice the things that you are lucky to have. It helps you remember that every day you are alive, and you have a reason to be grateful.
 
Few benefits of gratitude meditation are it opens the door to more relationships, enhances empathy, helps you sleep better, improves your self-esteem, and allows you to see things in a more positive way.

When we are anxious or stressed our thoughts take control of us. Meditating to help you manage your anxiety allows you to bring yourself back to the present moment through various techniques. It helps reduce the feeling of being stressed or anxious and allows you to go ahead with a clear and calm mind.

Meditation for Your Seven Chakras

A guided meditation to work with your seven chakras. When chakras are blocked you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra. This meditation will allow you to see where certain blockages might be and it will help open those chakras up. 
 
Open chakras allow energy to flow freely throughout your body and allow for a strong connection between your mind and body.

One on One Guided Meditation Session

Each of us goes through so much in life and sometimes specific guided meditations help us feel calm and release all that is needed to be released. The one-on-one guided meditation will allow you to work on yourself, tap into what you want in your life.
